Love this program.

This ish works!

Soooo currently on baby #2 back to back babies is no joke BUT getting this program the first time has made me confident enough as a woman to know my babies will not be why I feel ugly or like a failure. I do it right at home while I’m on my very long and well needed maternity leave. Currently 2 months postpartum and running it back. :) The picture attached is begging of the program vs end of program the 2nd time around.
