PregFit is a progressive strength program designed to help you maintain strength, support pelvic floor function, and adapt safely as your body changes. With scalable workouts for every trimester, you'll build strength, improve endurance, and prepare your body for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Whether you're newly pregnant or nearing your due date, PregFit provides structured training that grows with you—so you can continue moving confidently throughout pregnancy.
Program Details
- Program Length: 20 progressive workouts across 4 phases, designed to support every stage of pregnancy
- Training Schedule: 3 strength workouts + 2 optional cardio & core sessions each week
- Program Focus: Full-body strength, pelvic floor support, core stability, hip strength, mobility, and preparing your body for labor and postpartum recovery
- Fitness Level: All fitness levels (beginner-friendly with exercise progressions)
- Equipment: Full gym (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and machines) with optional resistance band modifications
